Conencting Westel 327 to the dlink Router
I want to connect Westel 327 to the dlink Router. As my dlink is connected with the DSL modem and serving as a wireless router, all I need is to connect both routers and if I connect to Westel I will still be able to browse internet from westel through the Dlink. ITs sounds wiered but I want to do that
Note I put a CAT5 cable between the both routers...

Re: Conencting Westel 327 to the dlink Router
You have not said, but I assume you have tried it and it doesn't work.
If that is the problem, then the likely cause is an IP address conflict. The LAN ips for the Westell are typically 192.168.1.*. I'm not sure what the dlink LAN ips are. However, it won't work if both use the same IP range.
Either: Change the IP range on the Westell to be, say, 192.168.2.* or change the IP range on the dlink to be 192.168.2.*. But only change one of those.
Here is how to make the change on the Westell.
Go to ADVANCED -> LAN -> PRIVATE LAN
MODEM IP 192.168.2.1
SUBNET MASK 255.255.255.0
DHCP START ADDR 192.168.2.2
DHCP END 192.168.2.50
Then click SAVE, then click RESET.
