Fiber Account Status Page Question
After making a fiber account order request, on the status page, it says:
Ordered Service(s):
Elite Plus: $39.95/mo
⇒ Activation Date: Not Applicable
⇒ Service Address: Not Applicable
Just wondering if that's actually normal. If not, could you check if something is wrong with the order? Order number is 546405

Thanks for the heads up. I will ask our programming team to take a look at see why it is showing that under your order status page.
I took a look at the order and show that we do have it and it is currently being processed. It looks like there was an issue that wasn't allowing us to process the order with Verizon that our team is currently working with Verizon on. They are waiting on a response back from Verizon based on the last note on the order.
The order looks fine and is still processing. Our orders team will update you when they have an activation date.

Orders team updated me on the status of the request -- I was told that people in Plano, TX's overbuilt area in AT&T territory (Area between Highway 121 and Hedgcoxe, where copper phone service is ONLY provided by AT&T) is not eligible for Fiber service from DSL Extreme, and my order was canceled. Just updating this thread so others would know, and to double-check if that is actually the case, since the orders team person seemed slightly confused and thought I was ordering DSL service initially until I corrected her.
