slow speeds over the past week

I've been using DSLX for years now without many issues. But over the past week I've noticed my DL speeds have slowed to around 3000Kbps when I used to consistently get around 5200Kbps or near 6000Kbps (using the 6000Kbps plan). I checked the network status on the DSLX support page and there isn't any mention of this issue being resolved.

I live in the Anaheim area.

Yes it was the first thing I tried and it didn't resolve the issue. I also tried connecting my PC directly to the modem without the router and that also didn't work.
