Norton AntiSpam 2004 - Outlook Express CRASH

Hallo to all! I'm Fabio, i'm Italian.

I've the Norton Antispam 2004 Outlook Express problem.

When i choose "Is spam" or "Not is spam" my Outlook Express CRASH and i must reboot!

Symantec says that 28 Jan 2004 a fix/patch will be released for this OE problem...

Now is 2 Feb ... but this patch is not online! :-\

I've run, in these days, a lot of time Liveupdate but....nothing...NO PATCH!!!

I've the ITALIAN version of Norton SystemWorks 2004 and Internet Security 2004.....but this FIX is NOT release.

I Ask to you:

For the ENGLISH version......this patch is already RELEASED?

You have found this patch in your LiveUpdates??

Fabio656, welcome to BBR! In response to your question: I suspect the "fix" for this problem will be released for the Italian version at same time it is released for the English version. Symantec is sometimes little slow with promised fixes, be patient and don't get discouraged. In the meanwhile there are other antispam solutions you can try {some free, some shareware}, e.g. see purelander's link. ;-)

The fix is almost ready for release from my Symantec sourse...and it does fix this problem as advertised.

This FIX must be one for region of the world.

Is not a generic Fix avaiable for all the world .:huh:

Well....i wait the Italian version (hope not in 2005!:uhh: )
