Even a PHB can figure it out.I've set up ATT CV Small Biz for a branch office and so far we love it, significant savings over POTS service esp. when 99% of our business is out of state and out of the country. Problem arose when porting numbers - ATT-CV can only port numbers from an RBOC and not a CLEC and we were previously with a CLEC (Mc-Clod-USA) I do like ATT has stateside customer service. Vonage has Sanjit and Kumar working for their customer service. |
