P2P app on a Government computer

i can't believe this kind of thing still happens. it just goes to show that our Government's IT people need training as well as the end user.

The P2P app was on a personal computer the staffer was using to work at home. People just need to use entirely separate computers at home for personal use and work use and this whole issue would be moot.
